Girls Golf: Cats earn Team Academic All-State honors

Girls Golf: Hines named Division III Honorable Mention All-State

(Sr.) Heidi Hines was named Honorable Mention All-State by the Michigan Interscholastic Golf Coaches Association in Division III. Hines finished her senior season as the top female golfer in the Wolverine Conference, 2nd at Regional, and finished 22nd at the state finals. (Sr.) Heidi Hines who qualified for the MHSAA Division III Girls Golf State Finals after finishing as the Wolverine Conference top female golfer this past fall has added another award as the Michigan Interscholastic Golf Coaches Association announced Hines as Honorable Mention Academic All-State.

Girls Golf visited The Coldwater Golf Course for the Lady Cardinal Invitational. The Cats placed 14th overall. Heidi Hines overcame fog and tough pin placements to place 4th, shooting an 84 to medal.
