Girls Tennis: Cats Tie Red Wolves

Girls Tennis hosted Paw Paw tonight in Wolverine Conference action finishing in a 4-4 tie.  The Cats got wins at #3 Singles Abbie Thompson and #4 Singles Emily Workman both winning in straight sets. Track & Field hosted Plainwell and Vicksburg tonight in Conference duals at Armstrong Field: BOYS: The Cats fell to Plainwell (89-48) and Vicksburg (89-47) The Cats won The 1600 meter relay, Pole vault, and Long Jump vs. Vicksburg. Baseball hosted Niles in a non-conference doubleheader tonight: GAME 1:  Niles 1 Three Rivers 0 The Cats loss in a pitchers duals as the Vikings scored once in the top of the seventh for the win.  Gavin Beuter started and went 5.2 innings striking out eight and allowing no runs. Softball: Cats split with Comets

Softball split a doubleheader tonight with Kalamazoo Christian: GAME 1:  Three Rivers 9 Kalamazoo Christian 2 Ava Forman allowed two runs over five innings and Payton Ware pitched two scoreless innings as the Cats won the opener.  Forman added three hits (2B), Shantel Blyly (2B) & Gabby Charvat (2B), and Ware each had two hits. 

Golf: Cats 3rd at Sturgis Tri

Boys Golf finished 3rd tonight at the Sturgis Tri at Klinger Lake GC.  Garron Gahan led the Cats with a 47, Owen Sampson 53, Isaac Adams 54, Dominick Homan & Caleb Quake both shot 58. BOYS GOLF NEXT ACTION: Friday, May 7 @ Sturgis Invitational Klinger Lake GC 9:00 am

Girls Soccer exploded for 8 goals tonight in a rivalry win at Sturgis 8-3.  Torri Towles scored five goals and added an assist to lead the Cats, Illy Taylor, Alyx Wheat, and Alivia Knapp each added goals.  Summer Morrill, Knapp (2), Wheat (2), and Rylie Glass added assists.
