Baseball traveled to Coldwater today for three games: GAME 1: Three Rivers 4, Brandywine 4 (F/6) The game ended in a tie as both teams scored a run in the sixth inning. Ethan Moreland (2 SB) had two hits, Brady Penny (2B), Drake Dibble, Gabe Young (RBI), and Tate Rohrer added hits. Aidan Williams started, pitching four innings, allowing one hit, and striking out eight. GAME 2: Three Rivers 12, Coldwater 1 (F/5) The Cats scored four times in the first and eight times in the fifth for the win. Mason Awe (2B, 2 SB, 3 RBI) had three hits, Brady Penny (2B, 3 RBI) & Aidan Williams (2B, RBI) had two, and Tyson Rohrer, Tate Rohrer, and Drake Dibble (HR, RBI, BB) added hits. Tyson Rohrer started, throwing four innings, allowed one hit, and struck out five for the win. GAME 3: Three Rivers 12, Cadillac 2 (F/6) Three Rivers scored in every frame led by Aidan Williams (HR, 2 2B, 3 SB, 3 RBI) with three hits. Tate Rohrer had two hits, Tyson Rohrer (2 BB, 3 SB), Mason Awe (BB, SB, 2 RBI), Drake Dibble (2 RBI), and Ethan Moreland added hits. Rylan Corte started on the mound and threw three innings, striking out four. Alex Nowak & Gabe Young finished the final three innings. Three Rivers is 8-0-1 on the season.
