Softball traveled to Mendon for a non-conference contest tonight winning 15-1 in five innings. The Cats scored nine times in the third inning breaking the game open. Autumn Schroeder (2B, 2 RBI), Gia Newburry, and Berkeley Hoercher (2 RBI) each had two hits. Dani Glass, London Hoffmaster (HR, 2 RBI), Ashlynn Barnes (HR, 3 RBI), and Ellie Ruesink (2 RBI) added hits. Ruesink pitched five innings, allowing six hits and striking out six.
