Football: Eddies 42, Cats 21

Wildcat Football led Edwardsburg 21-20 at the half before the Eddies pulled away in the second half scoring 22 unanswered points in a 42-21 setback. Three Rivers scored first on a 33 yard touchdown reception by Aden Clemmons from Rylan Corte. In the second quarter the Cats added two touchdowns both on the ground as Corte scored on runs of 1 and 7 yards. Three Rivers finished with 19 first downs and 304 yards offense (144 rushing/160 passing). Corte and Brayden Carpenter both rushed for 64 yards, Clemmons finished with 77 yards receiving, and Corte was 15 for 26 passing. The Cats fall to 2-5 on the season (1-4 conference).
